Shooting Analysis
These break downs are for U9+ that have base shooting ability. For younger kids or kids
without a base we believe an on-ice session is much easier to have coaches show and
have players execute proper mechanics with help.
Shot analysis - players will send a video of them shooting 5-10 pucks on or off ice. Video
no longer than 2 minutes max. **DO NOT RUSH SHOTS** focus on each shot the best way
you know how. Videos need to be clear and not shaky for the best results.
From this video, the coach will break down in detail what is happening and what player needs to do. This will be done by voice over and illustration for easy understanding. Coach will also provide a written summary of key points and tips to help improve practice
purposes.
After 2 weeks or some time have passed and the player feels like they have made some improvement, they will send a 2nd video to be broken down again to see where improvements have been made and can continue to be made. Players will get 1 last written assessment of their shot.
Game Analysis
This program is here to help with exactly that and find the solutions for players. Through
conversation and video breakdown, highly certified Next Level coaches will help players
where they want the help the most.
These breakdowns will be most useful by players at older ages and higher levels. The
information and detail provided in the breakdowns; players will need to have a basic
understanding of systems.
All breakdowns will have an intro 30-45 Minute zoom/facetime conversation with player
and parent as to what part of their game they would like help with. During the call the
coach will ask questions in detail to obtain everything needed, so players receive the
correct feedback
